Monica Potter
Born: 30th June 1971
Where: Cleveland, Ohio
Monica began her career at the age of twelve when her father sent her photograph to a local talent agency and as a result she started getting work in adverts.
A relative newcomer to L.A., Monica arrived with her husband in 1994, and was brought to agents' attention after appearing in a advert directed by Luc Besson.
Her feature acting debut came two years later in Bulletproof, and since then she has played Nicolas Cage's wife in Con Air, Billy Crudup's love interest in Without Limits and opposite Robin Williams in Patch Adams.
Continuing her ascent, she landed her first starring roles in A Cool Dry Place, and in the British comedy Martha, Meet Frank, Daniel and Lawrence, opposite Rufus Sewell and Joseph Fiennes.
She went on to play Freddie Prinze Jr's love interest in Head Over Heels and detective Morgan Freeman's sidekick in thriller Along Came A Spider.
