The multi-skilled Canadian has tried his hand at acting, writing, directing and singing.

A key member of the comedy troupe The Kids in the Hall, the show ran in 30 countries worldwide and also toured as a revue.

He cut his directing teeth on the show and went on to helm the short Coleslaw Warehouse before the feature debut Dog Park with Natasha Henstridge and Luke Wilson.

Superstar with Molly Shannon and Will Ferrell of Saturday Night Live followed before the lame effort Stealing Harvard with Jason Lee.
