Richard Crenna and Angie Dickinson play Clay and Renee Chadway, a middle-aged married couple who constantly bicker about her paranoia and his supposed adultery. Then one day Renee disappears. Their daughter JoAnne (Molly Gross), in the subsequent search for her mother, starts to uncover some nasty secrets in the family closet. The inevitable happens, and all the evidence points to Daddy being the prime suspect. This chilling drama, based on a true story, has more to offer than most TV movies, with its interesting cast making the most of an ordinary script.
