Even more fun than the original Brady Bunch movie, thanks in part to a better story that involves a priceless ancient statue of a horse sought by the world's collector.
It's currently sitting in the Bradys' lounge; the return of Carol Brady's first husband, long believed dead; and the two older Brady children falling in love (with each other).
Better elements from the first film are retained - the parent Brady's risqué relationship, for example - but the screenplay is quite different in tone, and treats the Bradys' home as a base rather than a set.
The Bradys themselves emerge as people as well as posers.
Comic timing under Arlene Sanford's direction is much improved, and guest appearances from old and new TV and movie stars will delight nostalgia buffs.
