A drama set in World War Two in which a Dutch couple hide Jews in their house, while in the second story a childless pair in Belgium look after mainly Jewish school boys until the end of the war, cleverly keeping their origins hidden from the Nazis. It's a moving TV film, based on fact, like a compact Schindler's List tale. Dana Delany and Martin Donovan are the first couple; Spider-Man 2's Alfred Molina and Linda Hamilton, the second, all acting competently although the script unfortunately does not allow for in-depth study of their characters.
