A wild and wacky teen farce in which Steve Van Wormer and Paul Walker play twin surfing dudes Stew and Phil Deedle, who get in a pickle when they become Yellowstone national park rangers. The amazingly absurd excuse for a plot has them tackling a groundhog and battling an angry ex-ranger (Dennis Hopper) who's seeking revenge on those who sacked him. Patchy, but fun in its daft way.
