In a fairly badly acted thriller, Keenen Ivory Wayans (who also wrote the script) plays Sgt James Dunn, an imprisoned army officer facing the death penalty. He grabs a chance to live by joining an undercover group of assassins who are targeting the President's wife. Then he gets framed for the murder, but there was a witness who videotaped the evidence (Jilian Hennessy). There's action a-plenty, but little originality with which to credit the film. Jon Voight is creepy, iif a little out of place as the two-faced general who's setting Wayans up.
