In this rather unbelievable TV movie, Tom Berenger plays a criminal lawyer who gets sucked into crime himself when he falls for a sob story from femme fatale Heidi Schanz. She somehow persuades him to kill her husband (Robert Patrick) because she says he's abusing her. The whole thing is extremely far-fetched, with mainly unconvincing, one-dimensional performances.
