Craftily re-constructed, like its main character, out of a two-parter from the first season of the crime fighting human and car duo popular children's TV series that ran during the Eighties for five years and 90 episodes. David Hasselhoff stars as the rebuilt ex-cop Michael Knight who with the help of his super-car KITT (voiced by William Daniels) sets out to track down the industrial saboteurs who murdered his ex-police partner. Great family entertaiment with plenty of car chases, action and silly dialogue that wil not only bring a warm glow of memory to those who grew up with the series but has enough oompf to interest newcomers to the black Pontiac Trans Am that makes Bond's cars look like a fleet of Reliant Robins.
