John Cho

The actor landed his first lead role as Harold in the college gross-out comedy Harold and Kumar Get The Munchies.
He has also played supporting parts in such high profile movies as American Pie, Solaris and American Beauty.
Born in Korea but raised in Los Angeles, Cho began acting while studying English literature at the University of California Berkeley.
His first professional performance was The Woman Warrior at Boston's Huntington Theatre and he went on to other stage roles including Laertes in Hamlet.
He made his big screen debut in 1997 in the off-kilter werewolf drama Shopping For Fangs but first made his mark in American Pie in 1999.
Subsequent minor roles followed - a nightclub cleaner in Bowfinger, a parking valet in The Flintstones in Viva Las Vegas - until the sequel American Pie 2.
In 2001, he appeared in the Weitz Brothers comedy Down To Earth and also starred in Ho Yim's drama Pavilion of Women.
Small roles followed in Big Fat Liar and Stephen Soderbergh's Solaris remake before he was cast in Harold and Kumar Get The Munchies in 2004.
