Director Roger Young has brought together Julie Andrews and James Garner for a touching romance between people in their later years.

This innocently old-fashioned movie sees a nurse (Andrews) offering a hospital visitor (Garner) a lift, but both of them end up stranded in deep snow and are forced to spend the night in a nearby cabin.

It's the script that wins here, keeping your interest as the pair, initially hostile, talk until the small hours and begin to fall for each other.

Great performances make this an above-average TV movie.
