Poor old Burt Reynolds, in a wooden role and saddled with a hopeless Irish accent, is caught up with Matt Battaglia (in the Jean-Claude Van Damme role from the first film) and Chandra West in a fight against the evil Unisol organisation. The baddies have found a new way to create (in)human fighting machines and they're off chasing the trio of good guys again. Don't waste your time with this implausible and badly acted second sequel.
