A quirky little road movie about a disparate group of travellers approaching the Texas town of Ozona, one or none of whom may be the serial killer who's offing young women in the vicinity. Robert Forster ties the characters together as the angry disc jockey to whom they are all tuned into in their various vehicles. Interesting characters distinguish what might have easily just been another run-of-the-mill stalk 'n' slash movie, although the film never really amounts to much more than the sum of its parts.
