More action mayhem with the Delta Force mob (led by Jim Fitzpatrick) as they are called in when a madman (straight out of the James Bond villain book) threatens to unleash a deadly virus upon New York. Cheap in the extreme, with what look like spliced -together scenes from countless other movies. Strictly for action fans with too much time on their hands.
