There's plenty of sugar sprinkled over this tale of teen love starring She's All That's Freddie Prinze Jr as Al, a college senior who falls in love with freshman Imogen (Julia Stiles from 10 Things I Hate About You). They love each other, they think about things, maybe they don't love each other. Or perhaps they do. That's really it for this anaemic film with unbelievable characters and unconvincing dialogue. One big plus, however, is Henry Winkler (remember him as 'The Fonz' in the Eighties TV comedy Happy Days? ) as Al's celebrity chef dad. Still, if you fancy a good teen romance, have another look at She's All That.
