A watchable family drama about two sisters (Michelle Trachtenberg, Yvonne Zima) who join their estranged cowboy father (Peter Strauss) in the country after witnessing the brutal murder of their mother. However, the pace of life outside the big city is harder to adjust to than they thought and their father has problems too - coping with being a parent again and fighting his dead ex-wife's sister (Mary McDonnell) for custody of the girls.
