A straight-to-video supernatural serial killer thriller, not bad as a murder mystery but neither jumpy nor gory enough for a successful chiller. Kiefer Sutherland adds quality, though, as a hard-drinking cop whose new-found psychic gift enables him to pick up vibes from the victims and their belongings and thus sets off, with another 'believer' (Henry Czerny) and an expert on the paranormal (Polly Walker) on the trail of the murderer. Ignore the sprinkling of illogical plot/character developments and enjoy a plain old pulp crime thriller.
