Daryl Hannah does little but look frightened in this gruesome tale as a pregnant woman captured by a doctor and his wife who want to take her future baby away for themselves. It's a cat-and-mouse game all the way in a crazy thriller in which only Jennifer Tilly as the female kidnapper gets a meaty role, veering from madwoman to distraught wife. Some very nasty scenes may put you off it altogether.
