A flimsy but quite funny blackish comedy with a bright idea: tall, curvy Liv Tyler is a femme so fatale that men instantly crash at her feet. They forget everything else and follow her - which is unfortunate as dead bodies tend to pile up around her as well. Barman Matt Dillon falls victim to her scam with an accomplice whom she subsequently tops when Dillon's in danger. Sacked from his bar, he joins her in burglaries, but, when not keeping his lawyer cousin (Paul Reiser) in bondage, Liv takes a turn for the cop (John Goodman) on Dillon's case. Then there's the hit-man (Michael Douglas with a bouffant hairdo) Dillon hires to bump her off. Not all of this works, but there are enough laughs to send us away happy, and the film is stolen from all the stars by Richard Jenkins as the priest who lip-smackingly hears Goodman's confessions.
