After trashing his girlfriend's mother's diner in a car race with rich kid rival Chris Klein, Josh Hartnett is ordered to rebuild the restaurant. But as his girl Leelee Sobieski keeps an eye on the boys, she starts to take a shine to Klein... It's well enough acted and starts brightly, but this teen drama gets far too sentimental and formulaic. The title refers to Sobieski's favourite local beauty spot: 'It's like Heaven, only here on Earth.'
