In this less than engaging action drama centred on yet another stolen nuclear weapon, Buffalo, New York detectives Eric Roberts and Romano Orzari find that the Russian Mafia is at work in their area. They try to put a stop to its plans, but it doesn't take long for them to discover just how dangerous their adversaries can be. What honours there are here are stolen by newcomer Shawn Doyle as the dangerous Anton Seaberg.
