Back in 1973, sexist former Wimbledon champ Bobby Riggs claimed a woman could never beat a man at tennis. Cue a battle of the sexes, as fired-up legend Billie Jean King decided to teach the then-55-year-old a lesson as the media circus lapped it up. This tells the story of that famous match, with game Holly Hunter and Ron Silver all set and well matched in the lead roles. Hunter won an Oscar without having to learn any lines for The Piano (1993) - she played a mute bride.
