The Guilty

This ridiculous thriller is still compulsive viewing, thanks to the sheer awfulness of its twisting, turning plot. Bill Pullman is unhappily cast as a slimeball lawyer with a liking for rape and sexual assault. Elevated to being a judge, he enlists a young criminal (Final Destination's Devon Sawa) to eliminate his blackmailing secretary (Gabrielle Anwar). A hoary B-movie that almost collapses under the weight of its coincidences - but will keep you entertained.
