Peter Sellers is at his sparkling, zany best in this satirical comedy about Grand Fenwick, a tiny European kingdom that declares war on the United States. Sellers plays Tully Bascombe, who leads his country's invasion --- complete with bows and arrows --- in a bid to prevent his homeland from going bankrupt. The marvellously versatile Sellers also plays the Prime Minister of Grand Fenwick and its decaying queen, Gloriana. Glorious fun.
