A small-screen entry into the disaster film stakes, with James Brolin leading a group of people trapped in the New York subway after an earthquake. Think of all the unfortunate things that could happen to them - and you can bet that most are in this doom-laden production. It was one of the earliest TV movies to be directed by Barry Shear, who made the original pilot film for the Starsky and Hutch series.
