Cheerfully old-style hokum, with Jennifer O'Neill as a woman racing against time to erect a gigantic building and Lee Majors as the ramrod she hires despite his having lost his nerve for heights. The credibility barrier is breached at times, but Michel Colombier's rousing music drives the entertaining action along.
