TV takes up the theme explored in the earlier cinema film Two Minute Warning, which sees a major sports event terrorised by a killer. Gravel-voiced David Janssen is joined by two famous Hollywood personalities of yesteryear: Van Johnson, best known for the years he spent as one of MGM's top players, and Jane Wyatt, whose many roles included that of the heroine in the orginal Frank Capra production of Lost Horizon. Well down the supporting cast is Tom Selleck, since a major star through his years in the series Magnum.
