As the title implies, this TV movie is a sequel to the classic occult thriller Rosemary's Baby, and it effectively starts where that film left off. The coven of witches, black-clad worshippers of Satan, watch as Rosemary steps forward for the first look at her baby, born of her union with the devil. Patty Duke Astin, replacing Mia Farrow in the role of Rosemary, heads a considerable star cast. Ruth Gordon repeats the role that won her an Oscar in the original film.
