This sloppy adventure film about a group of hijackers who aim to hold up the Queen Mary on the high seas, is an unusual movie to come from the pen of Rod Serling, who wrote `Seven Days in May' and `Planet of the Apes'. Here Serling settles for pure escapist entertainment, without a hidden meaning in sight. Alas, the results resemble little more than a Crosby-Hope-Lamour `Road' film without the laughs. Frank Sinatra, Virna Lisi and Tony Franciosa do little more than go through the motions in this tired enterprise.
