The promising combination of Irving Brecher, who wrote for the Marx Brothers on (At the Circus and Go West) and director George Marshall, who worked with Bob Hope, W C Fields and Martin and Lewis, doesn't quite deliver the goods in this Teahouse of the August Moon-style comedy about a group of US combat cameramen at large in a geisha house. Still, it's good-natured fun, with Glenn Ford giving an uncharacteristically relaxed performance in the lead role.
