Intensely patriotic, at times moving and star-studded film about Norwegian resistance to the Nazis in World War Two. Ralph Richardson gets top billing, with only about five minutes on screen, Hugh Williams does all the leg-work as the journalist hero and Deborah Kerr, in one of her earliest roles, is the heroine, a plucky Norwegian girl.
