A dramatic story with a legal background, this centres on a man with an extreme streak of ambition. This ruthless central character, a lawyer named Louis Coleman, is played by James Franciscus. Co-starring is that ubiquitous actor Leslie Nielsen who is cast as Jason Harkness, the head of the law firm which employs Coleman, and Janice Rule plays Jason's attractive wife Lucille who tries to seduce Coleman. Also to be seen, in a featured role, is Diane Baker, who recently made an unusual career switch when she turned producer.
