TV stars Jimmy Smits, Judith Light, Rhea Perlman do their best at the helm of a silly story about a postage stamp with secret data on it. Billy Sullivan is a nicely uncomplicated kid as Light's son, who gets hold of the stamp, and his performance gives a slight tinge of freshness to the tired old espionage-type formula that Larry Elikann's direction does little else to enliven.
