Jokey western with James Coburn enjoying himself hugely as a drunken former lawman who's hired by disgruntled townsfolk to rid them of Kirk Douglas, still spry as a veteran outlaw. The tone is occasionally too broad, but it's good-natured brawling fun. Filmed on attractive locations in Alberta, Canada.
