Three great stars of MGM musicals, June Allyson, Ann Miller and Dolores Gray, are mixed with Joan Collins and Ann Sheridan in a musical remake of the Norma Shearer/Joan Crawford comedy classic, The Women. Some good numbers enliven the original plot, which still retains much cattiness in the in-fighting. Another change is that men are this time seen, though not to any great effect.
