Hooray for a comedy with a clever new idea about four escaped psychiatric patients accidentally left adrift in the big city. Michael Keaton and his three pals have to 'sane up' fast if they're to rescue their shrink (Dennis Boutsikaris) from the murderous intentions of two crooked cops (Philip Bosco, James Remar). The film gains momentum as its plot unwinds, proving as funny as it is sad, and Keaton is ace as the short-fused Billy.
