When a dealer in a London bank commits suicide after losing a $100million account it looks like a problem. Everyone expects hotshot Daniel Pascoe to be appointed (played by Paul McGann) but instead the top dogs bring in an outsider in the form of Anna Schuman (Rebecca DeMornay). McGann and DeMornay fall for each other across the trading floor in an unexceptional tale in the murky waters of finance at the tale end of the greedy Eighties.
