The subtitle of this tense, gripping film is The Uli Derickson Story and it's a re-creation of the hi-jacking by Hezbollah extremists of a TWA plane during its journey from Athens to London, in 1985. Uli was the flight attendant who was highly praised for her coolness and the part she played in saving the lives of the passengers on the aircraft during the 17-day hijack drama. Lindsay Wagner reached a career highpoint as Uli - you follow her endeavours throughout the unrelenting tension which director Paul Wendkos maintains to the end. (
