Big Christopher George bustles his way through this formula action film as a government undercover agent based on the character created by Michael Connors for the TV series Tightrope. Good supporting cast includes Keith Carradine in one of his earliest film roles, and a glimpse of James B Sikking before he found fame with Hill Street Blues.
