The Charles Bronson-style plot involves the poker-faced Chuck Norris obliterating the South American branch of the Mafia (led by Henry Silva) single-handedly, after they kidnap the innocent daughter of a stateside Mobster. If it's only action you want, the movie should satisfy, and there's even an attempt at a story in the sub-plot of the corrupt policeman for whom Norris refuses to cover.
