Cannonball

A film for action fans about the ultimate car race across America. There are no rules and all the contestants are out to win the 100,000-dollar prize at any cost - including life itself. From the moment the drivers rev their engines, the action is practically relentless: skids, swerves, smashes and crashes. Famous film director Roger Corman has a small role as the District Attorney, and an even stranger piece of casting has Hill Street Blues favourite Veronica Hamel as a voracious contestant.
