The film features Ray Milland's head grafted on to the body of a 24 stone black American football player. Also, a two-headed man with pillion passenger racing a motor-cycle, and 14 car crashes! To prove that two two-headed films are better than one, the movie brought together co-writer James Gordon White, producer John Lawrence and cinematographer Jack Steely, three veterans of 1971's The Incredible Two-headed Transplant. The result is a zestful piece of tongue-in-cheek (probably belonging to one of the actors! ) science-fiction, played with a lively sense of humour. And, although Milland might prefer to forget the piece, he and Rosey Grier acquit themselves well.
