Maya Stange

Born: Fremantle, Australia

The former philosophy student made her big screen debut alongside Russell Crowe in the little seen Australian movie Love in Limbo.

After TV work, she landed a supporting role in the gay coming out movie Head On and the Australian drama In A Savage Land opposite Rufus Sewell.

Stange cites Australian actor and Moulin Rouge star Richard Roxburgh as her mentor after starring with him on stage in Sidney.

Recent work includes the American sex drama XX/XY with Mark Ruffalo and the Australian rock band yarn Garage Days.
