Tim (Home Improvement) Allen stars as a nobody who becomes a somebody when he vows to take on the office bully, in this wholesome family comedy. It's all predictable, with a 'be-true-to-yourself' message broadcast loud and clear, but Allen displays much charm as the boring but nice Joe, as does Hayden Panettiere as his loving daughter. James Belushi is also an asset as the martial arts expert (with a heart of gold), who teaches our underdog hero to fight. Bland, but undeniably sweet.
