The Twilight Zone meets Groundhog Day in this conspiracy thriller that entertains more thanks to its idea than execution. When hot shot Bo (Jay Mohr) decides to move to a small town, he considers Black River - but finds a strange force keeping him there whether he likes it or not. Funny and interesting in parts, but lacks the sinister Hitchcockian edge the story invites. Lisa Edelstein and Ann Cusack co-star.
