A poor man's The Fugitive, this stars Rob Lowe as a convict who cottons onto a murder racket behind bars. Escaping, he asks a journalist for help in bringing the baddies (including James Coburn) to justice. The plot is decent, but few of the characters convince, so it's forgettable, despite a line-up including Joe Santos, Kelly Rowan, Jonathan Banks and TC Carson.
