Based on a moving true story, this focuses on two men from the Jewish and Black communities (Howie Mandel and Mario van Peebles) working together to fight local rracial tensions. When their efforts are rewarded by the friendship of two boys of different races (Jeremy Blackman and DeQuan Henderson), the film becomes fleetingly affecting, but the magic only comes in short bursts.
