An ecological action drama in which green activist Stephen Baldwin is held by cop Ashley (Kelly Rowan) as bombing suspect, but has to save the day when a serial bomber acts. The pyrotechnics are the stars here - there's precious little drama, even when it comes to the 'which wire to cut' scenes. D B Sweeney is the real terrorist and Tom Skerritt the cop on the case.
