Killer Flood: The Day the Dam Broke

Corrupt business contractor Bruce Boxleitner cuts costs during the building of a dam and the architect gets caught in the crumbling structure when water levels rise dangerously high. One fractured family have to fight for their lives to keep their heads above water in this damp suspense yarn.

A cheap disaster flick in which estranged couple David and Natalie (Joe Lando and Michele Greene) battle a flood caused by the dam David used to work on.

To add to the drama, their son Garth (Matthew Ewald) is also on the dam when it bursts - can father save the day and thwart the evil money-grabbing president (Bruce Boxleitner) of the construction company?

There's not much in the way of quality to distract from the corniness here.

A good action film in which a family are reunited and brought back together through a damaged dam which the father has built. All actors play a brilliant part especially Matthew Ewald. I recommend this to anyone who likes a good heartfelt action drama that has you sitting on the end of your seat half-way through. Very well directed and takes you into the film as an extra in your own mind.
