This disaster flick throws all the clichés of the genre at the screen, but the result is reasonably entertaining. Gabrielle Anwar plays Anne, a journalist who discovers a hoard of killer bees engineered by an evil scientist in the Brazilian rainforest. As she searches for an antidote, her estranged husband (Craig Sheffer) finds himself on a plane where the bees are loose. Rutger Hauer and David Naughton co-star.
